Why Do You Travel?
Since COVID-19 travel has become a “somewhat” thing of the past…for now. The world “travel” itself just brings a thought of fear. The furthest travel right now for over 80% of Americans is to the mailbox and back. Don’t get me wrong….I love nothing more than to be home and safe with my husband and three children. But as an actively traveling family, staying home and not being able to go out into the world and explore, even if its right down the street at our favorite spot: Disney World, is making us become a little stircrazy!
We travel to rejuvenate ourselves. We travel to gain new experiences.
We travel to create new memories. We travel for new adventures.
We travel because of family traditions. We travel to become closer to each other.
We travel to LIVE.
Traveling may be on halt…and that is OK. We are thankful for the places we have been and thankful for the places that we will go.
As I kiss and hug on my beautiful family here in the safe net of our home, I am praying that our world will regain strength in this crisis and overcome this pandemic that we are facing right now.
